The "Itch"

I love using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. They are incredible for drafting communications. But every single time I pasted a response into Outlook to send to a client or team member, it looked broken.

Huge gaps between bullet points. Weird font sizes. Double spacing where single spacing should be.

Why "Paste as Plain Text" wasn't enough

I tried the standard fix: "Keep Text Only" (or Command+Shift+V). But that created a new problem. It stripped everything.

• My bold emphasis? Gone.
• My hyperlinks? Gone.
• My carefully structured lists? Turned into plain text blobs.

I realized most "text cleaners" are nuclear options. They destroy the house to kill the spider. I wanted something smarter. Something that removed the junk (weird HTML tags, Outlook-specific spacing bugs) but kept the value (bold, links, structure).
